When comparing the 30th anniversary beanies, all have a lot of variability in the shape and proportions of their head, face & ears. Some of these differences might align with the tush tag numbers which would, in my opinion, designate them as a version. For now, with the limited examples I have, I will note what I can see.
Tush tag # 100577 below has a lighter green stitching on the peace ☮ symbol embroidered on the chest. The bow is more vibrant, the stitch on the bow is centered under the knot, the ® symbol after “The Beanie Babies Collection ®” is larger, the numbers on the back of the swing tag are larger, there is no space between the 04 and 23 on the tush tag. The tag attacher is the typical attacher seen on most Ty product today.
Tush tag # 19812 above has a darker green stitching on the peace ☮ symbol embroidered on the chest. The bow is more pastel, the stitch on the bow is just to the right, the ® symbol after “The Beanie Babies Collection ®” is smaller, the numbers on the back of the swing tag are smaller, there is also a space between the 04 and 23 on the tush tag. The tag attacher is unusual, more like the classic styled attachers.
