VERSIONS

Brownie was released as part of the original 2 beanies (Patti and Brownie) at the release in 1993.  The name was quickly changed to Cubbie, making 1st generation tags available in both Brownie and Cubbie, and all subsequent generations were issued as Cubbie.

Patti the Platypus was released as part of the “original 9” Beanie Babies, along with Spot, Squealer, Brownie, Chocolate, Legs, Flash, Splash, and Pinchers.
